    Twin Oaks Finance was founded by entrepreneurs who used factoring to grow their own businesses.

    Our story

    The founders of Twin Oaks Finance didn't start in finance. They started as business owners — running companies in construction, services, and distribution. They experienced firsthand what it's like to have strong revenue on paper but struggle to make payroll because customers take 60 or 90 days to pay.

    They turned to factoring and saw how the right partner could transform a cash-strapped operation into a growing, confident business. But they also saw how the wrong partner — one focused on fees over relationships — could make things worse.

    Twin Oaks Finance was built on a simple idea: factoring should be transparent, fast, and run by people who actually understand the businesses they serve. Every underwriting decision is made directly by the firm's owners. Our team includes experienced CFOs who don't just fund your invoices — they help you manage cash flow, avoid costly mistakes, and plan for growth.

    • Founding Partner and Head of Research at INOX Global Capital, a London-based hedge fund
    • Prior experience includes investment banking roles at Citigroup and Bear Stearns
    • BA, Colgate University; MBA, Columbia Business School

    • Held senior leadership positions at TPG Capital PE Operations & portfolio companies: Rather Outdoors, Exactech, Vice Media, McAfee, Transplace, Adare Pharma, and FleetPride
    • MBA, UNC and former U.S. and NATO Special Forces member

    Head of Credit & Underwriting

    • 3 decades of experience in specialty finance, as a principal and co-founder
    • Chief Credit Officer roles structuring asset-based loans, factoring lines, supply chain finance, purchase order finance, and various hybrid facilities
    • Experience in both domestic and cross border finance structures
    • BS from New York University; freelance trumpet player and a conductor at The Villages Pops Orchestra
